Owner, Merrit Jackson, is a Certified Interior Designer through the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ# 024261) with over 17 years of experience as an interior designer. Merrit along with the design staff at A Concept 2 Design form a team that is knowledgeable, responsive and thorough.
We work specifically on hotels - new construction and renovation projects with a strong focus on creating custom interiors packages tailored to each project and owner.
Our company is known for effectively developing creative design solutions for clients and generating repeat business through the growth of long-term relationships.

- In depth evaluation and programming with clients prior to inception of projects.
- Broad knowledge of furniture, lighting, wall covering, window treatments, carpet, hard surface flooring, mill work details, ergonomics, finish durability and space planning.
- In depth experience in finish and furniture selection & research for commercial projects.
- Writing specifications for finishes, furnishings, lighting, accessories, and mill work.
- Experienced with CAD, REVIT, architectural drafting and coordination of construction documents with other specialists.
- Remain on budget, and work with our clients through the entire process to successful completion.
- Document preparation for proposals, contract and construction management.
- Manage client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
